Prime Market Brief and the Market Intelligence Suite are published by Myriad Labs Market Research ("Myriad Labs", "we").

What the brief is

Prime Market Brief is a daily description of economic and market conditions: what is measured, who is acting and through which channel. It is general information published to all subscribers alike.

It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and not tailored to your circumstances. Decisions you make are your own. Markets can move against any reading in the brief.

Your licence

A subscription is a licence for one named reader to read the brief for their own use. You may not forward, repost, resell, share your sign-in, or feed editions to a service that redistributes them.

Each edition you open is marked with your account's email address and a reference, visibly and in the page. A redistributed copy can be traced to the account it was issued to, and that account may be closed without refund.

What we record

We keep your name, email address and the answer you gave about how you trade. Each time you open an edition we record which edition, when, and the network address and browser it was opened from. We use this to detect shared accounts and to trace redistributed copies. You can see your recent reading on your account page.

If you send an institutional enquiry, we keep the details you give us in order to reply to it.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google and nothing else.

We do not share subscribers' information with anyone. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and the rule that governs it.

Billing

A new account starts with a free trial of both reports. No card is taken for it, and when it ends access stops; nothing is charged and nothing renews unless you choose a plan. One trial per reader.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If you subscribe during your free trial, the first charge falls when the trial ends; cancel before then and you are not charged.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, subscribers are told by email before the change applies.
