Privacy policy
We do not share our clients' information with anyone. Not sold, not rented, not traded, not given away, not ever.
Myriad Labs Market Research ("Myriad Labs", "we") publishes Prime Market Brief, the Prime Crypto Brief and the Prime Spreads Report. This policy says what we hold about you, why, and the one rule that governs all of it.
The rule
Information you give us, and information we record about your use of the service, is used to run your subscription and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, lend it, or give it to advertisers, data brokers, list sellers, partners, affiliates, or any other company or person. We do not run advertising networks or third-party analytics on this site. Nobody outside Myriad Labs is ever offered your details, and no commercial arrangement we enter will change that.
What we hold
- Your account: name, email address, the answer you gave at sign-up about how you trade, and when you accepted the terms.
- Your reading: each edition you open, when, and the network address and browser it was opened from. This exists to detect shared sign-ins and trace a redistributed copy to the account it was issued to. You can see your own recent reading on your account page.
- Your billing state: which plan you are on, whether it is active, and when the current period ends. We never see or store your card number.
- Enquiries: if you write to us through the institutional enquiry form, we keep what you sent in order to reply.
- Visit counts: to know which pages people read and how they found us, we count visits with our own analytics software running on our own server. It uses no cookies and stores no name, email or full network address: a visit is recorded as the page, the referring site, the country, and the type of browser and device. It honours your browser's do-not-track setting. Nobody else receives these counts.
- Referral: if you arrived through a partner's link or code, we keep that code against your account so the partner can be credited. The partner is told how many readers their code brought, never who.
That is the whole list. We do not buy data about you, track you across other sites, or build profiles.
Who handles it on our behalf
Three services process data for us, under our instructions, to do a specific job. They may not use it for anything of their own.
- Stripe takes payment. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never pass through us. Stripe tells us only whether your subscription is active.
- Our email provider delivers the editions, sign-in links and account messages to your address.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google, in which case Google gives us your name and email address and nothing else.
Beyond these, the only circumstance in which anyone outside Myriad Labs sees your information is a legally binding order that we cannot lawfully refuse. We would tell you if the law allowed it.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, and, if you arrived through a partner's or team link, another holds that code for up to 30 days so it is applied when you sign up. There are no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
We email you your editions and messages about your account. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else, and your address is never added to another list.
How long we keep it
Your account and reading record are kept while you are a subscriber and for a period afterwards so a redistributed edition can still be traced. If you ask us to close your account and delete your data, we delete what we are not legally required to keep for billing records, and tell you when it is done.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to clay@myriadlabs.net from the address on your account and we will answer within a few business days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, subscribers are told by email before the change applies. The rule at the top does not change.
